Each month, we like to highlight one of our employees that is going above and beyond. We look to recognize individuals who have demonstrated exceptional performance, teamwork, innovation, and/or dedication to our company’s values and goals. For the month of April, we recognize Donna Blodgett, Employee Service Representative!
Her nominator says the following: Donna always does a great job with helping us keep our onboarding process move along with our contractors. In a recent scenario, Donna really took the driver seat in pushing along a challenging new hire in completing his steps. She allowed me to step back and continue to recruit new candidates while keeping me completely updated on where things stood. So while my patience was tested, Donna was able to calmly keep things moving and get the candidate onboarded. She did went above and beyond for me and was a great partner in the process.
While Donna works out of a different location supporting us, I think I gathered through conversations that Donna is a fan of Dancing with the stars and will go see some live performances when they tour in her area.
