Each month, we like to highlight one of our employees that is going above and beyond. We look to recognize individuals who have demonstrated exceptional performance, teamwork, innovation, and/or dedication to our company’s values and goals. For the month of June, we recognize Chanel Burris, Client Analyst!
Her nominator says that she embodies the JSG Value of Ownership: Chanel has been working diligently on collections for JSG. Regardless of issues arising, Chanel has been the beacon for which resolutions flow. She has worked with a client with ongoing PO issues, and has since resolved 70% of the issue, which increases JSG collections. Chanel completed another reconciliation with a client and has been working hard to resolve the pending items. Both clients are larger volume customers, and Chanel has worked with them and our branches to find resolution. She could have asked a more seasoned collector to assist, but she grabbed the issues with both hands and has embraced working closely with them.
