Each month, we like to highlight one of our employees that is going above and beyond. We look to recognize individuals who have demonstrated exceptional performance, teamwork, innovation, and/or dedication to our company’s values and goals. For the month of July, we recognize Cathy Kennedy, Director of Business Development!
Cathy was nominated twice this month by different people on the JSG team, and both say she embodies the JSG Value of Entrepreneurship! Her first nominator said: Cathy truly embodies our core value of “Entrepreneurship”. She consistently demonstrates proactiveness and an insatiable drive to grow and succeed. Her strong relationship management skills have allowed her to continuously develop new connections and generate business, often through the strength of her long-standing networks. Cathy’s upbeat and positive attitude is infectious! It energizes the entire office and creates an engaging work environment.
Her second nominator said: Cathy lost a big client and instead of wallowing in it she picked up her phone and called her contacts and within a matter of weeks created a new book of business and is already hiring.
