Each month, we like to highlight one of our employees that is going above and beyond. We look to recognize individuals who have demonstrated exceptional performance, teamwork, innovation, and/or dedication to our company’s values and goals. For the month of April, we recognize Taylor Toy, Recruiter.
Two employees nominated Taylor! They both noted his ability to hit the ground running. Their nominations included nods to both Entrepreneurship and Partnership.
“Taylor started with us on February 9th and in less than two months, he has two contract starts and one direct hire start. He is currently leading my team in submittals per week at 8.6. Most importantly, his professionalism and dedication to his candidates and clients was recently recognized by one of his candidates.”
