Each month, we like to highlight one of our employees that is going above and beyond. We look to recognize individuals who have demonstrated exceptional performance, teamwork, innovation, and/or dedication to our company’s values and goals. For the month of May, we recognize Melissa Brown, Employee Service Representative.
Melissa’s nominator found it difficult to pick just one JSG value to attribute to Melissa, as she’s exceeded expectations in each area.
“Melissa embodies all of JSG’s values, and it’s difficult to pick just one. For this particular instance though, I believe perseverance stands out the most. We have been through an incredibly busy stretch, and Melissa has been forced to take on well beyond a normal workload. This is saying a lot, considering everything she does for TVA alone, not to mention the additional tasks associated with 305 and 310 business units. She has put in long hours to ensure we are in compliance with customer requirements, and she has taken on additional duties to support new business opportunities. She does all of this without complaining and most importantly, she does so with our employees and customers as the forefront.“
On a more personal level, Melissa is also very outgoing! She is an athlete as well, regularly participating in a local 5k.
