Each month, we like to highlight one of our employees that is going above and beyond. We look to recognize individuals who have demonstrated exceptional performance, teamwork, innovation, and/or dedication to our company’s values and goals. For the month of September, we recognize Lou Hallett, Workforce Coordinator.
Her nominator says that she embodies the JSG Value of Ownership:
“Lou truly embodied Ownership by stepping up when we unexpectedly lost a member of our team during an especially busy time. With additional workload and responsibilities needing to be covered, they took initiative and willingly took on a significant amount of work outside their regular duties. Their willingness to step up when we needed it most demonstrates true ownership and dedication to the success of JSG.”
