For the month of November, we recognize Aretha Allen, Sr. Technical Recruiter.

“Aretha is always available if you need to ask a question. She recently had a new position for a Contracts Manager. The job description had some very specialized criteria and required a recruiter that is very good at finding the hard to find. She asked me to assist her by recruiting for that opportunity. I specialize in engineering in aerospace and engineering opportunities are always very specific and requiring some very hard defined engineers. I was humbled that she asked me to assist her. She is one of the best examples of professionalism, teamwork, and compassion that I have met and the JSG staff.”
