Each month, we like to highlight one of our employees that is going above and beyond. We look to recognize individuals who have demonstrated exceptional performance, teamwork, innovation, and/or dedication to our company’s values and goals. For the month of December, we recognize Kailey Brunton, Manager of Billing and MSP Operations!

“Kailey has worked hard to ensure billing and AR are in tandem, and has pioneered getting discrepancies resolved and building partnerships with our clients while ensuring the JSG back office continues to run smoothly.”
“Kailey takes time out of her very busy schedule to help with all things TVA. Without her assistance, SO MUCH would remain unapplied on my aging. The way she puts together all applications and is very willing to answer my questions time and time again. Her time and dedication are invaluable and much appreciated. Kailey is the most laid back person that I know. She gets her work done giving it her 100% but at the end of the day she goes home to a beautiful little girl that she is shaping to be kind, compassionate and intelligent. She proves time and time again that you can have it all. Thank you so much for all that you do!”
“Kailey recently helped our team through a major project that involved transitioning of nearly 100 contract employees. Her efforts were a key part of the success of the project. More than that though, she has been proactive with so many items it’s hard to keep up. She has been a key partner since I joined JSG, answering any questions and requests quickly and with helpful details. Kailey has stepped up during busy periods, recognizing needed tasks before even being asked and providing helpful information. She is always fast to respond to our customers providing requested information and supporting details. She is a key member of our team, and we all enjoy working with her.”
