Each month, we like to highlight one of our employees that is going above and beyond. We look to recognize individuals who have demonstrated exceptional performance, teamwork, innovation, and/or dedication to our company’s values and goals. For the month of January, we recognize Admira Duldanic, Billing Specialist!
Her nominator says that she embodies the JSG Value of Partnership:
“During our holiday office closure, Admira took time to assist with payroll after discovering a large number of contractors had not received their pay. We emailed payroll to determine if our contractors received their pay or if it was a reporting error. Despite the payroll department being closed, Admira saw our distressed email, hopped online, and verified that all contractors were paid. She took it one step further and verified contractors under a different ESR were also paid. She didn’t need to check any of this given the closure, but she knew the importance and backlash that we could have faced as a company had our contractors not been paid.”
