Each month, we like to highlight one of our employees that is going above and beyond. We look to recognize individuals who have demonstrated exceptional performance, teamwork, innovation, and/or dedication to our company’s values and goals. For the month of November, we recognize Chelsey Lewandowski, Employee Service Representative!
She had three different nominators recognize her impact last month! They say she embodies the JSG Values of Partnership and Leadership:
“I assigned Chelsey to represent Division 400 in the migration from Sense to BH automation. During this process she worked and partnered with IT and other division on this products launch. I recently reviewed the end product and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. In addition, Uma recognized her for her contribution. Chelsey has always been someone that I can set a goal for and she achieves it. She is fully responsible for getting it done and does a great job in keeping me informed along the way. Noting that I am a big trust but verify guy!”

“I think anyone who works with Chelsey could agree that she embodies multiple values, but the one that stands out to me is Leadership. She’s always willing to help others, takes initiative, communicates effectively, and maintains a positive attitude. Chelsey not only demonstrates leadership within her region, but on a companywide scale as well. She was recently involved with the Bullhorn Automation rollout and is an active participant in the JSG Engagement Committee where she serves as the Co-Chair. Her hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed!”
